A modern building with 6 en suite bedrooms in a relaxed and tranquil setting of 5 acres.
2 Double rooms with en suite shower 2 Twin rooms with en suite shower 1 Family room with en suite shower sleeps up to 3 1 Family room with en suite bathroom sleeps up to 4 Both family rooms can also accommodate a travel cot in addition to the numbers above.
One room is fully accessible for the disabled with en suite facilities.
All rooms feature Tea & Coffee making facilities and have TV/DVD/CD.
Ample secure off road parking.
Guests can come and go as they please and have full use of the lounge area.
Clean linen and towels are provided.
Breakfast consists of:
Fruit Juice, Cereal, Toast and Full English with bottomless Tea & Coffee pots.
Alternative and lighter breakfast available on request.
Packed lunches can also be provided at additional cost.
The Bed and Breakfast building is fully non smoking.
Sorry but pets are not allowed in the building.
High Chair, Iron and Hairdryer available on request.
Prices: £30 per night for single occupancy. £55 per night for standard double or twin room based on 2 people sharing. £65 for a family room based on 2 adults and 1 child. £75 for a family room based on 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 2 are free. A non refundable £10/room deposit is payable at time of booking. Please make cheques payable to Pigeon Cottage Holidays Ltd.
Check in time is 4.00pm onwards with last check in at 9.00pm and guests must vacate their room by 10.00am on day of departure.
